Abstract:
In this talk, I would like to introduce what my team did in helping the Chinese government to fight the international financial crisis in late 2008 and early 2009. Some well known methodologies of Systems Engineering and Operations Research were adopted for making policy studies. A few of our policy suggestions were adopted by the State Council of PR China as the economic policies.
